Patrick Knight

Patrick currently serves as Of Counsel to the Berns Knight Law Firm.

Patrick has experience helping Minnesota owners solve their problems and reduce their risks so that they can focus on running their companies. Based on his combination of extensive legal and business experience, Patrick has experience providing legal counsel on acquisitions and sales, contract review, employment issues, corporate governance and many other legal issues facing a business owner.

 

In addition to Berns Knight PA, Patrick has served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps where he worked as trial counsel (prosecutor) and Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney (Southern District, California) and worked as an attorney with Morrison Sund PLLC in Minnetonka, Minnesota. 

 

Patrick currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Waymouth Farms, Inc., a Minnesota food manufacturing company selling branded snack foods to national retailers.  Patrick previously owned and operated Kateri Foods, LLC, a start-up healthy snack food manufacturing company.
